Charter USA serves as a transportation management company, coordinating charter bus, shuttle, and chauffeured transportation for corporate travel, conventions, student and school programs, sports and entertainment events, and related programs. Specific vehicles, routes, and schedules are confirmed in a written quote or service agreement prior to each engagement.
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request and are subject to change based on final itinerary, vehicle availability, routing, and applicable fees. A booking is confirmed only upon written acceptance from Charter USA and receipt of any required deposit.
Payment terms, including deposits, balances due, and accepted payment methods, are specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in delayed or cancelled service. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, will be outlined in your service agreement. We recommend reviewing these terms at the time of booking, as cancellation windows may vary based on vehicle type, program size, and season.

All transportation is operated in accordance with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and state/local requirements. Charter USA works with vetted, licensed, and insured operators, but is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charter USA's liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Charter USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost time, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Charter USA or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless otherwise agreed in a signed service agreement.
